The response to them has been incredible! In only 36 hours I have passed out nearly 500 coloring books! There are only about 1500 households in the community so this is a major reach. This is a reach I could have never gotten with just a generic mailer.

People are sending me pictures of their kids’ colored pages, they have told me they are using them as stocking stuffers and even saving some in memory boxes.

You have given me a huge foot in the door of my community in which I would love to be the go to realtor for. This is something I can take and expand into annual community coloring books, coloring contests, and so much more.
